In this guide, you will learn how to manage product aspects within the Ratings section of UpStart Commerce. Aspects are specific elements or attributes of a product that customers can review, such as a mattress's comfort, quality, and cleanliness. By effectively managing aspects, you can gather detailed feedback on different product features, enabling you to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Upon logging in to the UpStart Commerce Portal, navigate to the side menu. Select Ratings, then click Aspects. Here, you can view and create a list of existing aspects.

Click on the (+) button located at the top right of the page. A new form will open. Add the name of the aspect in the provided field. Click Save to create the aspect.

To archive an aspect, click on the Archive button next to the aspect you want to archive. To view the list of archived aspects toggle the Show Archived bar to view the list of archived aspects.
