Aspect Groups
This section will help you understand and manage Aspect Groups within the Ratings section of the UpStart Commerce Portal. Aspect Groups allow you to group similar aspects, providing a structured way to evaluate specific elements of your products or services. By creating and managing these groups, you can gain more detailed and organized insights into customer feedback.
Upon logging in to the UpStart Commerce Portal, navigate to the side menu. Select Ratings, then click Aspect Groups. Here, you can view and create Aspect Groups.
Click the + Create Aspect Group button to create a new Aspect Group for your product. A new form will open, allowing you to set up the following Aspect Group details.
- Associate with Sites:
- Use the drop-down menu in the Sites List to associate the aspect group with your site.
- Settings Section:
- Name: Specify a meaningful name that reflects the aspects included in the group.
- Key: Add a unique key for the aspect group. The key should be unique for every aspect group, e.g., fur_asp.
- Add Aspects:
- Now add the existing aspects or create new ones by typing the name and pressing enter.
- You can add as many aspects as needed for your group.
- Select Category:
- From the Select a Category column, choose a category from the following options:
- None
- Products
- Locations
- Category Specific Settings:
- If you select Products:
- Check the checkbox to use data from NoChannel API.
- The tags section will display a list of Product IDs, Product Names, and Template IDs of products to tie aspect groups to products or locations.
- If you select Locations:
- The tags section will show a hard-coded value of storecluster.
- Associate Question Group:
- Associate a relevant question group under the aspect group settings.
Tips for Effective Aspect Group Management
- Ensure that the names of aspect groups are clear and descriptive to make them easily identifiable.
- Use unique keys for each aspect group to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth data management.
- Regularly review and update aspect groups to keep them relevant and aligned with your current evaluation criteria.
