this guide walks you through the steps to view, access, and download files from the downloads section of the upstart commerce pim portal the downloads page provides a centralized view of all downloadable resources, complete with metadata and status indicators for each file step 1 access the downloads section after logging into the upstart commerce portal, navigate to the left side menu and click on downloads this will open a centralized view displaying all the downloadable files associated with your account step 2 view available downloads on the downloads page, you’ll find a table listing all available files each file entry includes the following details download link – the clickable file name or direct link to the resource created – the date and time the file was generated status – indicates the file’s current state (e g , completed , in progress , or failed ) environment – specifies the environment associated with the file (e g , staging or production ) download – a button to initiate the download to your local device step 3 download a file to download a file, first locate the desired file in the list displayed on the downloads page check the status column to ensure the file is marked as completed , indicating that it is ready for download once confirmed, click the download button located in the rightmost column the file will begin downloading directly to your local machine step 4 refresh to check file status if a file is marked as in progress , refresh the page periodically to check for updates once the file status changes to completed , it will become available for download
