Configuration
This configuration section allows users to manage email notifications for the UpStart Commerce Pricing Feed. Users can create or modify configurations to notify specific individuals about the status of pricing feed processing, including both successful updates and errors. Upon completion of the processing cycle, summary reports are sent via email from the UpStart Commerce Support Team, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of pricing feed updates.
Follow the steps below to create or modify a configuration:
- Choose a config: Select an existing configuration from the list or click on the option to create a new configuration.
- Configuration name: Provide a name for the configuration. This name should be descriptive to easily identify the configuration later.
- Configuration: Toggle the Enabled icon to activate the configuration. This step is crucial to ensure the configuration is active and will be applied.
- Email Addresses: Input the email addresses in the Email Address Configuration section to add individuals who need to be notified when the pricing feed is processed. Notifications will include all pricing feed details, including both successfully processed and failed counts. The notification is sent upon completion of the processing, regardless of whether all records succeeded or only partially succeeded. Ensure these addresses are correct to maintain clear communication.
After entering all the necessary information, click the Save button to save the configuration settings.
Note: Only ONE configuration can be ACTIVE at a time. Ensure the desired configuration is enabled before proceeding.
After successfully configuring the email settings, you will receive an email from the UpStart Commerce Support Team each time your pricing feed is processed. This email will include a summary report of the updated data in the Pricing Feed.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage the configurations for your pricing feeds, ensuring the right people are informed about the status of the pricing feed processes.
