Pending reviews are those that have neither been approved nor rejected and are currently in the pending queue, awaiting moderation. By following this guide, you will learn how to access and view pending reviews, examine rating and review details, add client responses, and update review statuses by accepting, rejecting, or verifying users.

## Step 1: Access and View all Pending Reviews

Upon logging in to the UpStart Commerce Portal, navigate to the side menu. Select** Ratings**, then click **Pending Moderation**. Here, you can view a list of all pending reviews.

- **Verify User:** You can verify or unverify a user based on their invoice number and phone number. If the invoice number matches the order invoice, you can verify the user. Similarly, you can un-verify a verified user using the same steps.
