Now that you're familiar with the fundamentals of Promotion Management, here's a basic guide to creating and exploring promotions tailored to your business needs. Whether you're initiating a new promotion or editing an existing one, this guide ensures a seamless process to effectively manage your promotional campaigns.

## Create New Promotion

**Step 1:** From the left menu, select Promotions Management. Click on **Promotions** from the drop-down menu. Click on the top right corner.

**Step 2:** Associate to a website from the sites list in the drop-down.

**Step 3: **In the **General Info** section, add the name for the promotion, the description, and the promotion message, and select the appropriate template according to your needs.

**Step 4: **Add the time frame (date and time) for which the promotion is valid.

**Step 5: **Add the number for priority, the lower the number the higher the priority.

**Step 6: **From the **Promotion Status**, enable or disable the promotion using the toggle on the top right corner.

**Step 7: **Finally, click the** Create Promotion** button to finalize and create your promotion.

## Edit an existing Promotion

**Step 1:** To edit an existing template, click on the promotion that needs to be edited from the existing promotions.

**Step 2:** Edit the required fields and click **Save Changes** for your changes to take effect.
